Reporting to the Commercial Manager, He/she will be responsible for exploring commercial opportunities and for managing the Company’s commercial risks in the feedstock markets in which it is / will be active.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage and support the purchase of feedstock (waste cooking oil) in accordance to Company’s feedstock purchase strategy.
- Develop, monitor and execute feedstock purchase from regional and local markets with greatest competitive advantages.
- Provide department administrative support which includes client correspondence, data input in SAP system and approval procedures follow up.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with suppliers and contractors for successful execution of purchase orders.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal departments to ensure the feedstock are up to specification and production quantity.
- Assist the company to comply all necessary regulations in feedstock collection and obtain waste oil import permit.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 years or above experience in the Sales & Marketing or Environmental industry
- Self-motivated with good market sense
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Commercial Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist Shift Leader to monitor and control plant process via centralized computer.
- Conduct trouble shooting both in process and equipment problem.
- Responsible for material handling, loading and unloading.
- Align piping connection and tank arrangement.
- Carry out simple maintenance, i.e. filter cleaning, heat exchanger cleaning (dismantling and assembling), pumps repairing (fixing leakage), etc.
- Responsible for plant safety operation.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Higher Diploma or above in engineering discipline.
- 2 years working experience in chemical plant operation. Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Able to communicate in English (both written and oral) and Chinese.
- Knowledge in chemical handling and plant safety operation.
- Knowledge in plant equipment such as pumps, furnace, compressor, tank, reactors, etc.
- Capable to read and understand P & I diagram.
- Physical work is required.
- Shift duties are required
Key Responsibilities
Licensing
- Assist the Management in coordinating and obtaining all statutory required operation licenses, permits and certificates
Process
- Regular data collections and analysis with weekly report submission.
- Monitor and troubleshoot for any process upset to assure for smooth and reliable production. Weekly update on outstanding list. Update and implement process time schedule.
- Initiate ideas, carry out research and studies, and implement project works to improve plant operation reliability and efficiency and product quality.
- Control the systematic updating of the technical information necessary for the proper running of the plant (including P&ID, and plant’s mass balance), the technical specifications and technological development
- Provide support to operation with occasional shiftwork as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree on chemical engineering or related fields
- 2-4 years working experience in combination of chemical plant operation and project management. Experience in license handling preferred
- Knowledge in plant equipment such as pumps, furnace, compressor, tank, reactors, etc.
- Capable to read and understand P&I diagram, drawings, etc.
- AutoCAD experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
